Recently starting the project about updating my beauty routine, my eyes have been wandering through a lot of websites and ingredients lists.
Concerning all-natural skincare there are a lot of less-known brands that are extraordinaire. That is simply because our society is so used to the 'common' toxic skincare
that non-toxic skincare is hardly available.
that non-toxic skincare is hardly available.
One of them: VAPOUR.
I discovered VAPOUR just a few weeks ago.
I was blown away by their makeup range and ordered their
Vapour Organic Atmosphere Luminous Foundation
straight away from naturismo.com.
One week later it arrived here in Germany and OMG!
my shade: 115
+ very wide shade range
- I would wish for more shades with yellow undertone
packaging: comes as a foundation stick
+ easy for traveling
+ wind power is used for packaging and product
+ Inner & Outer Packaging Recycable
+ Printed with Soy Ink
- some people may find stick application unhygienic
texture: smooth, creamy
+ gives great coverage (I am ditching my regular concealer-camouflage for this!)
+ feels light on the skin
+ it does not show in wrinkles - at least not in my laughing wrinkles being in my 20ies
- it is not as easy as a liquid foundation to blend
(but still more easily blend able than other foundation sticks!)
ingredients: 70% organic ingredients & 30% minerals and essential oils
- Helianthus Annus Seed Oil (Sunflower)
- Cera Alba (Beeswax)
- Silica
- Ricinus Communis Seed Oil (Castor Oil)
- Mica
- Tocopherol (non GMO Vitamin E-Soy)
- Solanum Lycopersicon Fruit, Leaf and Stem Extract (Tomato)
- Commiphora Myrrha Gum Oil (Myrrh)
- Boswellia Carteri Gum (Frankinese)
- Ocimum Sanctum Leaf Extract (Tulsi)
- Nelumbo Nucifera Leaf Extract (Lotus)
- Canarium Luzonicum Gum Nonvolatiles (Elemi)
- Pogostemon Cablin Oil
my vote: 4/5 stars
reasons: The discount of stars is because of the price tag and the sometimes difficult blending (please note that my skin is dehydrated and absorbs the moisture from the product more than other skin types!). And the price is definitely not pocket money friendly but the product is worth the money!
To conclude: great product, great price-value.
