It's time to have a look at my beauty routine from 3 or 4 years ago.
The Topic Today (TTT): a Chameleon's daily beauty routine

things that helped me:
- always use a Micellar Water instantly after sport
- be more active (take the stairs, start running/walking...)
- educate yourself in nutrition: What are the ingredients in your food? Is it really that healthy?
How is it being produced?
- try to cut down your intake of processed food, bread in general (esp. white bread), sweets, use of salt
-> only 1x/month for processed food & sweets, NO white bread/lower bread intake in general
- drink at least 2-3 liters pure water (not bubbly/mineral water, not infused with special tastes)
- only buy the things that are on your shopping list- it leaves money you can use for fun activities, shopping or giving a friend a present instead.
