Happy Health: wakey wakey breakfast

In the mornings it is very important for me to not get stressed and start relaxed into the day.
Things like happy music help a lot. And colorful nutrition boosts the joy.

I usually eat:


1 bowl crunchy granola with milk

or 

1 bowl oats with plain yogurt and fruits

or

2 bread slices/1 bun with honey/plum sauce/plain cheese/homemade strawberry jam

or

1 bowl Bircher Muesli with Chia seeds, sunflower seeds, Crunchy Muesli and yogurt

1 slice vegan seeds bread mit Cottage Cheese and honey

scrambled eggs with herbs


I usually drink:


1 glass orange or multivitamin or apricot juice
or
1-2 glasses water (still)
or
1 glass hot lemon water
or
1 cup or more peppermint/ herb tea
