My old navy Hollister jacket was far too big and short for me. When I wore it the last winter I didn't even feel my lower body because it was so freezing cold. So now, I set my mind on a black jacket or parka. In first place, because I added many darker colours (mostly black, grey and navy) to my wardrobe this year. Secondly, coats sadly don't suit me that well.
I fell in love with the 'Arctic parka' from Woolrich. I have big trust in the brand that the jackets can keep its owner warm and the quality is great. The one I tried on fitted me perfectly. Unfortunately, it is a little bit over my budget. I searched and found the similar-looking Smith Jacket made by Svea.
When I saw it here I knew it would be perfect. Additionally, I got 50% off the original price.
It arrived last week and I have worn it daily since then. And it's long enough to keep my upper legs warm.
If you'd ask me right now, I'd definitely buy it again!

If it's really windy, I put on the detachable hood. It has fake fur, great, cause I don't like real fur.
I guess, I've seen too many of these documentaries where they show how they get the fur. But the fake fur of this jacket looks almost real if you don't know it's fake.

There is a string in the waist to slim the jacket, which I don't need. Nevertheless, it is always good to have something like this! And, this jacket has so many pockets that I can carry all my small things (phone, money, tissues..) in them when I go for a quick walk with my dad. Furthermore, the pockets have inner lining that keeps wind and cold outside. Yay, warm hands after years of frost bites! #happyhands

Because it is Unisex, I first ordered the wrong size. S was too big and looked very boxy on me. I sent it back and reordered the smaller size which fits great.
